Listed Building & Conservation

Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas are covered by the Planning (Listed Buildings/Conservation Areas) Act 1990.  The act stipulates that any Listed Building which usually bear historical or architectural significance or an unlisted building within a Conservation Area will require consent for any demolition, alteration or extension of such buildings.
