Role: Principal of the Firm

A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Valuers’ of Licensed Property. I am self-employed, operating in and from Bridgwater, but covering a wide geographical spread, trading as Lyndon Brett Partnership.

The practice of Lyndon Brett Partnership was established in 1990, incorporating the practice of Heritage and Plummer a London and Exeter based Licensed Property Valuation practice.

In addition I am CEO of LB Property Investments Ltd, with property investment interests in UK and France, plus CEO of LB Property Management Solutions Ltd.

Previously I was an employee and Associate Partner of Tamlyn and Son, Chartered Surveyors, based in Bridgwater.

My external interests include Rotary Club of Bridgwater – member (PP and PHF); Governor at Bridgwater College and Chair of the Buildings Project Committee; and Chair of the Resource and Environment Committee at Haygrove School (a feeder school into Bridgwater College). Other interests include Bridgwater Agricultural Show Society – Ploughing Match section.

Role: Practice Manager

I joined Lyndon Brett Partnership in Spring 2015 as the Practice Manager. My degree (many years ago) was in Management and I have worked as a Manager in London Hotels, Travel Companies, 13 years in the Financial Sector at Reuters and more recently in a London PR Company.  The strangest Management role was at Secret World Wildlife Rescue on the Somerset levels where I shared an office with a menagerie of domestic and wild animals including a huge snake!

I was educated in Bridgwater and at the University of Surrey. I also used to live and work in France, in the foot hills of the French Alps.

When I am not in the office I am often at Haygrove School where I have been Chair of Governors for many years. In winter, I love to ski and all times of the year hack out on horseback over the Quantock Hills.

Role: Assistant Surveyor

After leaving school I completed an apprenticeship as a Cabinet Marker and Architectural Joiner. In 2015 I  began completing a degree in Building Surveying along side my role as a joiner.

In April 2018 I was fortunate enough to be offered a position as an Assistant Surveyor with Lyndon Brett Partnership.

I currently enjoy a varied workload, including assisting with surveys, working on planning and development proposals and administrating the maintenance requirements of the commercial properties we manage.

Role: Commercial Sales and Lettings

I joined the team at LBP in January 2017 after moving back to Bridgwater from Bournemouth.

My role is to handle all aspects of letting and selling Commercial Property. The role is extremely varied which I enjoy.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, walking and spending time with family and friends as well as our two gorgeous Cocker spaniels!

Name: Gary

Position: CAD Technician

I have worked with LBP for 20 years now as a CAD Technician, creating and designing detailed floor plans and elevation drawings for a variety of clients wishing to seek planning permission to building homes, extensions and conversions. I do this work in my ‘spare time’ as I also work full time for Wessex Water but I enjoy the drawing aspect, hence why I do this additional and have done so for 20 years.

I have a qualification in AutoCAD 2D/3D obtained from City & Guilds.

In my spare time, I enjoy running and going on holiday.

Name: Nicola

Role: Finance and Property Management.

I joined the team in September 2020 dealing with Finance and Property Management looking after all things financial.

Having come from a manufacturing and service finance background this role is allowing me an insight into a different area of finance alongside some familiar aspects.

In my Spare time I enjoy spending time walking my Working Cocker Spaniel, traveling and reading.

Name: Zoe Baker

Role: Residential Lettings and Property Management

I joined the team at Lyndon Brett Partnership November 2020.

I am responsible for the lettings and maintenance of our Residential Portfolio including Garages and Containers as well as the maintenance of our Commercial Portfolio, making sure all our properties are legally compliant.

Lyndon Brett Partnership is a small and friendly team and are always happy to assist with any queries and I am grateful to be part of the team. I am looking forward to the next couple of years to see how I can grow into this role.

In my spare time, you will often find me and my partner running around after our 5 year old daughter and taking her to various clubs/ activities. I am a real family girl and at my happiest when with family and friends. I enjoy reading and love watching comedies.

Role: Cad Technician

I joined Lyndon Brett Partnership in 2018 in the role as Residential Co-ordinator and Property Management , I have since (through various opportunities) taken on the position of CAD Technician and responsible for creating the Site Location and Block Plans.

I also conduct aerial inspections via drone when required to assist reporting.
