Our highly skilled draftsman and Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technicians, produce a wide range of scaled drawings to expert standards, including Ordnance Survey maps, floor plans, elevation, cross section drawings and specific detailed component drawings.

Drawing and Design work can be undertaken for both existing buildings (barns, renovations, house extensions) and proposed ‘new build’ schemes, including site/transport layouts for both residential and/or commercial developments, all relevant to the client’s needs and aspirations.

Using the state of the art Chief Architect software specifically designed for creating accurate drawings and designs, Our 2-D and 3-D modelling makes it easy to visualise design ideas regardless of the nature and size of the project.

Through the use of electronic presentations (subject to appointment) professional guidance and advice can be supplied through all schemes, even before any building work commences.

Where possible we incorporate sustainability within our designs that are in-line with Government initiatives to provide environmentally friendly and ultimately zero carbon development in the future.
